Microsoft Clarity may create heatmaps and session replays; text entered into form fields is intended to be masked.

When you follow the subscription link and submit the hosted form, Mailchimp and its parent company Intuit process the information under their applicable terms and privacy statement. The website also links to Google Maps and social-media platforms. If you follow those links, the destination service may collect data under its own privacy terms.

6. Who receives personal data?

Personal data may be accessed by authorised Londou staff and shared only where necessary with:

  • website hosting, maintenance, security and email service providers;
  • Google for website analytics;
  • Microsoft for Clarity behavioural analytics;
  • Mailchimp and Intuit for newsletter subscriptions and delivery;
  • professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and legal advisers; and
  • public authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

We do not sell personal data.
